TripKaja ("we", "our", "us") operates the TripKaja mobile application and website (tripkaja.com). This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Account information: Email address and password when you create an account.
Trip data: Destinations, dates, itinerary content, and preferences you provide while planning trips.
Clips: URLs, text, and images you save or forward to TripKaja for trip planning.
Usage data: App interactions, feature usage, and crash reports to improve the service.
Device information: Device type, operating system, and push notification tokens.
TripKaja displays booking links from affiliate partners including Viator, GetYourGuide, Booking.com, Expedia, Kiwi.com, and Airalo. When you click these links, you are directed to the partner's website where their own privacy policy applies.
Our affiliate partners may use cookies or tracking pixels to attribute bookings. We do not control their data practices. We share no personal information with affiliate partners — only an anonymous click event.
The TripKaja website uses essential cookies for authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers. Affiliate partner sites you visit through our links may set their own cookies subject to their privacy policies.
Your data is stored on encrypted servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.
EU/UK residents (GDPR): You have rights to access, rectification, erasure, portability, and objection. Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (providing the service) and consent (push notifications).
TripKaja is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
